Please note that there is no access to the first floor from the stairs in the living area. All the accommodation is on the ground floor.

Please supervise children and pets at all times as there are streams and three unfenced ponds.
Home to some Dexter cows. Please admire from a distance and do not enter their field or touch the electric fence.

This was a lovely stay in a country setting. The home was very comfortable and the owners provided a lovely welcome basket. They also have useful instructions to help guests with using the appliances in the home. W enjoyed a nice warm fire in the furnace on one of the cold rainy days. We took walks on the farm, enjoyed seeing the resident peacock and completing a puzzle. The location made it easy to explore Battle Abbey the site of the Battle of Hastings, Beachy Head, and the castle at Herstmonceaux. We highly recommend this cottage....

Having booked through Classic Cottages before we knew that we would not be disappointed in our choice of where to stay. Pomona Annexe was really lovely and met all our needs. Situated in beautiful & quiet East Sussex countryside, with easy access to everywhere we wanted to visit, it made the ideal base. The owners had provided all that we needed for our weeks stay & everything seemed like new.
