Please note that there is no access to the first floor from the stairs in the living area. All the accommodation is on the ground floor.

Please supervise children and pets at all times as there are streams and three unfenced ponds.

Having booked through Classic Cottages before we knew that we would not be disappointed in our choice of where to stay. Pomona Annexe was really lovely and met all our needs. Situated in beautiful & quiet East Sussex countryside, with easy access to everywhere we wanted to visit, it made the ideal base. The owners had provided all that we needed for our weeks stay & everything seemed like new. We also loved "Sir Percy", the stunning peacock who had decided to adopt the farm & the donkeys in the nearby paddock, all brilliant. ...
