An incredible old cottage which was immaculately clean and comfy providing everything you need. Stone throw from the beach, we did learn from the locals that in the winter months you’re better off not being on the sea front because of stormy seas! The car park was easy to use and only minutes away. Local pubs and eating houses were extremely friendly with tasty fare. And more than happy to have dogs visit too. ...

It was an absolute delight to stay in such a well appointed and comfortable cottage. The location was perfect being so close to the sea and in such a charming and picturesque village

Lovely, warm comfortable and quiet cottage in a cold November. Very well maintained. Seconds walk to the beach at Kingsand and the quaint Devonport inn serving lovely food with sea views. Two minute walk to the delicatessen, lovely coffee and two minute walk to the Spa shop. Managed to park on the road all week in the designated bays, if not there is a two minute walk to the car park. Cawsand, less than five minute walk had a lovely beach and The Bay bar with great sea views. Everyone very friendly and found everywhere to be dog friendly too. Great circular walk from Cawsand to Rame head and the Chapel and back, stunning views. Stunning circular walk in the other direction out of kingsand to the Mount Edgcumbe estate and the Deer park callling off for a fantastic lunch at The Canteen at Maker Heights. Also visited the lovely beach at Whitsand Bay for a beach walk (tidal) and the lovely Cliff Top cafe. Nice to sit and watch the coming and goings of the boats travelling in and out of Plymouth....
