We had a wonderful holiday at Higher Pencobben. The location of this property is fantastic, with unspolit views of the surrounding countryside from every window. It was a pleasant walk to nearby pubs and restaurants, and about 5 minute walk to join the coastal path, which led to beautiful beaches....

Undoubtedly a house where you can sense a history of creativity in an absolutely unique location with truly outstanding views. Brilliant location for Gwithian Bay, the South West Coastal path, the peace and solitude of the North Cornish coastline and accessibility to St Ives and beyond. Yes, we had booked another two weeks next year within 72 hours of our stay ! ...

The property is in a beautiful secluded area but still well located to visit the beach, and just a short drive to the nearby towns. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!
