A lovely property, comfortable with comfy beds. Nicely furnished. Plenty of space for our family of four. Three nice outdoor spaces, the balcony off the master has a lovely view of the beach, with a nice storage space at the front. The kitchen is well equipped but lacks storage. Close to the main attractions of woolacombe but please note the hill upto the property is quite steep. A few others things to note, the TV signal is poor so have your Netflix password to hand and the blinds in the master don't keep much light out. Also, the nearest beach entrance to the property is currently closed until into 2026 (no opening month given) for construction of the new cafe. We will gladly return to Woolacombe and this property!...

Location, location, location! Perfect for beach and village. Decor very tasteful & high spec, and bathrooms lovely & new, like being in a hotel- highly recommend, good value for money, loved our stay there and will definitely come back!
