This is a fantastic cottage for a large group. The sofa bed in the extra sitting room was brilliant for one extra adult and having three bathrooms made it so easy for everyone to be comfortable. Really superb garden, well kept and a decent size with good garden furniture for eating outside. Slightly restricted headroom upstairs, not a problem but worth factoring in when allocating bedrooms. The only issue to mention is the limited parking - this is flagged on the property description but we hadn’t noticed till we got there! Would highly recommend this property. ...

Lovely location in croyde, house needs some tlc as notes left within the review questionnaire. These this would not prevent us booking again however would enhance the overall holiday experience. Advertised as suitable for 12 people, we had 6 adults and 2 children, we don't agree that 12 people could be accommodated here. Maybe 8 at best. Upstairs ceiling height is limited, if you are tall you may struggle with this....
