Light and bright, with double height ceilings and a glazed wall with bi-fold doors leading onto the sunny terrace, The Breakers' open plan living space is cleverly created to maximise space. The stylish kitchen runs along the rear wall and the chef will love the range cooker here; there's also a dishwasher so no arguing about the washing up! An island with stools separates the kitchen-area from the sitting-area, the ideal place for guests to perch and chat whilst dinner is being prepared.
The dining-table sits to one side of the room, the cosy corner sofa the other side with a Smart TV for catching the latest movies.
Two tastefully furnished bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, a double and a twin, ideal for either adults or children. Both rooms have the luxury of an en suite shower-room. Climb the stairs to bedroom three on the first floor and you will find a lovely double room with king-size bed and a family bathroom, perfect for a long soak after a busy beach day.
An internal doorway leads from the main hallway into the garage where you can store bikes and boards and there is also a handy outside hose for washing down. The washing machine/drier can be found in the utility-area of the garage.
Outside, the secluded garden awaits with a sunny patio and shrubs around stone chippings. The Breakers has a hedged boundary to the Tarka Trail, perfect for walkers and cyclists. Up to two dogs are very welcome here and they are sure to enjoy exploring the trail.
With parking for two cars and the beach and village a short, five minute drive away, The Breakers has all you need for a fabulous time in north Devon. For larger groups look no further than High Tides (5890) which sits next to The Breakers.
