Lovely accommodation. Would highly recommend. Had everything we needed, comfortable rooms, very spacious, bedrooms were great each with their own bathroom (note: no shower only a bath in upstairs bedroom but wasn’t an issue for us). Hot tub was a bonus and used well. Very comfy sofa and dining table with 6 chairs. Location is ideal for a short drive to the beach. Can walk to The Old Mill pub down the road and a petrol station opposite with a small shop. 6 adults and one dog and the accommodation was perfect. Thank you, we will be returning. This home was just what we needed for a family get away to the beach and much loved family location in Devon. It was comfortable and a lovely lay out, a luxury to have on-suites in each bedroom. Fantastic property in a perfect location to explore North Devon. Be sure to walk the Seals and Smugglers NT walk at Morte Point. Fantastic views with Mortehoe village offering options for food and a pint afterwards. Will definitely return to Woolacoombe and have no hesitation in recommending both this property and Classic Cottages....

We spent a very enjoyable week at The Breakers and found it to be well equipped and comfortable. It was ideal for our spaniel as the garden was completely fenced and the Tarka Trail was a few minutes walk away.
