The location of the property is excellent, and having space for two cars was good. The open plan design made the property feel spacious, it was also very clean, and nice and warm on the colder days, however it lacked the little extras you get in some properties that add to your stay. The mattresses were not the best and were lumpy. The sofa was not the same as the one pictured in the photographs or described in the details, instead, there were two leather sofas (as oppose to a corner sofa) one was broken and the other the seating cushions kept falling off which made it difficult to sit on. ...

High Tides is wonderfully light and bright, perfect for a relaxing holiday and with all the facilities that could be needed including plenty of parking. We're sorry you found the beds to be not quite as comfy as home; this could be the mattress being hard or soft in comparison to normal. The sofa was removed recently due to damage and replaced with a temporary fix of two sofas which the owners are hoping to replace.
