We stayed on The Ark for a week at Easter. The boat was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the owner went over and above to ensure we had a fabulous holiday. The enormous games room, complete with pool table and karaoke machine - plus paddle boards and kayaks - were most definitely a bonus. We will definitely return!!...

You will not regret booking this if you have a large family event like we did . Also to be able to take our dogs was brilliant. We loved going over on the ferry . Everything was really accessible-the shops pub beach take away but far enough away to feel like you could make a bit of noise and not upset anyone. The kareoke was fun ! The owner Shaun is really lovely and responds very quickly and Joanna is fantastic. So helpful. We loved crabbing off the marina . A real gem of a place ...

The Ark is an amazing holiday property. We went to celebrate my 70th birthday and age range was 7 to 70. Everyone loved it. The boat is very well equipped with comfortable beds, two kitchen areas, a party room which doubles as a yoga studio or karaoke party complete with disco lighting. The children had captain’s hats and buckets & nets provided for them to go crabbing ( they caught jelly fish next to the boat ) and went paddle boarding on the high tide, everything is provided including wet suits. We were lucky with the weather but I think we would still have enjoyed it even with less sunshine. The harbour feels very safe and parking is free so no issues there. The yacht club is dog and child friendly but was between caterers so drinks only for us. We visited Kingsand & Cawsand which is lovely and would have visited Plymouth if staying longer. The local Indian curry house delivered to the boat and the food was delicious. All in all a very happy weekend break. ...
