The owner Shaun is amazing and so helpful. The Ark is brilliant for group stays we had so much fun as a group of girls. The kitchen is brilliantly stocked, the boat is a fab size with so many loos and showers. The locations is brilliant for ease of getting to and lovely and quiet....

Loved our big family stay on The Ark. It was big enough that we could all find our own space, great experience for the kids and adults alike, with the addition of being able to paddleboard and kayak with wet suites and life jackets provided. Very clean and enough showers and toilets so no waiting around.. What can I say, if you love something unique and different, then I think you'll love this.....

We stayed on the Ark for Christmas it is an exceptional experience which we thoughly enjoyed the property was decorated beautifully for Christmas which the 2 younger members of our party really appreciated as did the adults the walking around the area was beautiful and we would recommend the Ark to anyone wishing to experience a unique holiday with a difference we would love to return maybe in the summer months to enjoy the paddle boards provided and relaxing on the deck ...

We have just returned from a wonderful week on the Ark and were all sorry to be leaving. This is a fantastic and very unusual property, extremely comfortable and very well equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The location is great, friendly but nice and quiet with plenty of free parking in the marina carpark. We were a 3 generation party of 8 and the Ark suited us all regardless of age. Shaun (the owner) met us on arrival to greet and show us around, a lovely personal touch, making us all feel very welcome. We will most definitely be returning to the Ark in the future and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday in the Torpoint/Plymouth area. ...
