We stayed on the Ark for Christmas it is an exceptional experience which we thoughly enjoyed the property was decorated beautifully for Christmas which the 2 younger members of our party really appreciated as did the adults the walking around the area was beautiful and we would recommend the Ark to anyone wishing to experience a unique holiday with a difference we would love to return maybe in the summer months to enjoy the paddle boards provided and relaxing on the deck ...

We have just returned from a wonderful week on the Ark and were all sorry to be leaving. This is a fantastic and very unusual property, extremely comfortable and very well equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The location is great, friendly but nice and quiet with plenty of free parking in the marina carpark. We were a 3 generation party of 8 and the Ark suited us all regardless of age. Shaun (the owner) met us on arrival to greet and show us around, a lovely personal touch, making us all feel very welcome. We will most definitely be returning to the Ark in the future and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday in the Torpoint/Plymouth area. ...

Wow! What a fabulous stay we all had on the Ark! There were 12 of us on board from the ages of seven to seventies & impossible to say who of us enjoyed it the most. OMG what can I say. Booked for my 60th Birthday AMAZING. Absolutely loved every minute and sad to leave. It was fully equipped with what we needed and more.
