The six of us (grandparents, parents, and two toddlers) loved our stay at Sun Lodge. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well-appointed, with everything functioning well. The owners have clearly decorated with respect towards the era of the house's construction, retaining the best of that era (fireplaces, wood floors) whilst updating where appropriate (kitchen, bathrooms, windows). I also loved seeing their use of the work of local artisans, and the many maps and guidebooks of the area. A wonderful stay!...

We had a fantastic week at Sun Lodge for a family holiday. The space was perfect for the ages ranges from 2-70+! The house is beautifully decorated throughout and very well equipped with everything you could need. We highly recommend this. We can only say that in over 40 years this is the best we have found in holiday lets. The house is comfortable, quirky , a home from home. Full of character, spacious rooms, well equipped, comfortable beds. If there is a snag, the road can be noisy and it’s a strenuous walk back up from the sea front.!!...

We enjoyed our stay, very spacious property, as good as its description. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of toys for young children. Enjoyed our stay there, only problem as ever with the Isle of Wight is the cost of getting two cars over and back on Wightlink, not the property's fault, but does add on such a large cost....
