Just back from 2 weeks in this stunning property, and have nothing negative to say. A lovely little welcome pack and flowers greeted us. The owners were friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home right away, and it was lovely meeting their 4 legged family! The property was spotless, kitchen well equipped with all we needed, beds were a joy to sleep , and decor first class and so comfortable. We had a wonderful holiday in a beautiful part of the world and would highly recommend the property. ...

We had a very enjoyable stay, with a relaxing view out to the countryside and watching the horses in the field. Comfortable beds, settee and ample books. The owners were very friendly and accommodating to take a booking at short notice, and provided a lovely welcome pack. The underfloor heating was effective on cooler evenings. The owner's dogs were very friendly. Good location to visit National Trust's Nymans, Sheffield Park, Standen House, and a little further to Bateman's and Smallhythe Place. Uckfield was good for food shopping, and locally a brisk morning walk to the bakery in Newick is worth a visit. ...
