This was our second stay at Basil Cottage, I think we might have been the first ever customers. The cottage still looked and felt new and extremely clean and comfortable. The taste level is impeccable and perfect attention to detail.

Mr Scorer October 2025
Well designed cottage, well finished and excellently furnished. Clean and tidy when we checked in. Lovely location, good views over the quay and estuary, quiet at night. 21A bus very useful in exploring the area with good connections from Bideford. We found parking outside very easy, good selection of eating and browsing places within a few minutes....
