We loved this house as it suited the needs of our extended family perfectly. Our grandchildren loved the garden and play equipment and the grown ups loved the upstairs lounge for a bit of quiet time with a superb view. The kitchen was superbly equipped for cooking for a big family group....

Perfect property for large groups! Everything about Pepita has been well thought out and generously furnished and equipped. The owners clearly want to ensure people staying there have a memorable holiday. The sea view (just 30ft opposite!) is perfect and the upstairs sitting room we just never wanted to leave. A truly exceptional property....

House was amazing in a great location. We loved the beach and walking distance to Ryde. It was a great holiday for two families and we would definitely stay again, the kids also loved the back garden which was a touch of countryside at the coast.
