Amazing house, very well equipped with plenty of space for the whole family to gather and also enough rooms for groups and individuals to relax. Pepita is walking distance to Ryde for shopping and seaside entertainment, or stay local with the beach, pub and Puckpool Park on the doorstep. We loved this house as it suited the needs of our extended family perfectly. Our grandchildren loved the garden and play equipment and the grown ups loved the upstairs lounge for a bit of quiet time with a superb view. The kitchen was superbly equipped for cooking for a big family group....

Perfect property for large groups! Everything about Pepita has been well thought out and generously furnished and equipped. The owners clearly want to ensure people staying there have a memorable holiday. The sea view (just 30ft opposite!) is perfect and the upstairs sitting room we just never wanted to leave. A truly exceptional property....
