Had fantastic stay at Stables End, convenient for Bristol, Bath as well as small picturesque villages. Would highly recommend Neeld Arms for meals just 2 minutes walk away.

We had a wonderful stay at both Weighbridge End and Stable End. The property was ideally suited to our multi generation family. The barns were spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The Welcome Basket and bottle of wine were greatly appreciated… and enjoyed! The Neeld Arms is a very short walk from the property and was great for a drink or meal. And a great Sunday roast to be had at the near by Old House at Home. ...

Stable End was a beautifully presented and equipped holiday cottage within a handsome village which reflected the character of the wider area which in turn provided easy access to the delights of the Cotswolds and the major attractions to the south in Bath, Bristol and Somerset/Doreset. Having easy local access to the M4 in either direction (but without any sight or noise) helped getting about, but part of the attraction of the location was dawdling in country lanes and risking getting lost in the beauty of the countryside....

Nice cottage, great location and close to an excellent pub/restaurant (3 minute walk). Well equiped and a massie comfy bed, and great shower. Heating not very good, and bike storage not as readily available as we'd been informed, the owner seemed less than enthusiastic about us using it, so we didnt. We enjoyed our stay but would probably look elswhere on a future visit to the area....
