We had a lovely time at Weighbridge cottage. It’s very welcoming and spacious with its modern open plan kitchen, lounge and diner. Excellent quality furniture and furnishings. Decorated with flair, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Hosts were very helpful indeed and our dog Phoebe was very happy to meet Hector their dog. We enjoyed the local pub twice in our four day stay. Great menu and specials. We hadn’t realised that the garden/patio area is not right next to the door, but it made little difference. Very nice modern spacious barn conversion ! Loved staying here and a stone throw away from the village pub .Grittleton is a pretty village has no village store but there are farm shops in the area . Easy to get to Bath , Lacock , Corsham and only 5 miles from Castle Combe. Great place for exploring south west Cotswold !...

The cottage is highly recommended. The recently beautifully renovated barn is now a very comfortable cottage, located in a charming and quiet village, with a nice pub around the corner. It is a beautiful walking location and bases for trips!
