Had a superb 10 days at Cape Gare, thank you. Property is spacious and well equipped, cosy and warm. The view is mesmerising and ever-changing! Owner very friendly and helpful, and we were bowled over by the wonderfully generous welcome pack. We loved our stay at Cape Gare. The cottage is very comfortable and the views are wonderful. Graham, the owner lives next door and is on hand should you have any queries and we enjoyed chatting with him. The welcome pack was very generous and included milk, bread, butter, wine, fruit and much more. Helensburgh is not too far away and has a good selection of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed meals at Riverhill and La Barca. Local attractions include Loch Lomond, the lovely Hill House and Geilston Gardens, all well worth a visit. Everything about the accommodation was first class. Our host Graham was very helpful and friendly. The place was cosy and the bed comfortable. Views across the loch were outstanding. We would love to come back here again.
