The approach to Leat Mill Cottage is over the small bridge and down beside the river.
This is the lane down to the river and the cottages beyond. A short walk along here takes you into the main village.
Locally known for excellent food is The Arundell Arms in the village, a bit of a hill to get to it but downhill all the way home.

Within walking distance is a good pub.

Beautiful cottage in an idyllic location. Everything was perfect, the cottage was spotlessly clean, the chairs and bed were wonderfully comfortable and our two small pugs could wander around the enclosed garden without being able to escape! We liked it so much we have booked for next year....

We have had a fantastic stay at Leat Mill Cottage. The cottage was very well cared for, well equipped and so clean! The sofas and beds were very comfortable and it was lovely to have a cream tea, fruit and fresh flowers on arrival.
