We had the best stay at Salty Blue in Appledore. The cottage is so charming with original features preserved (it's an old fisherman's cottage). It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay - the beds were the comfiest we've ever slept in!! Its also in the perfect location to explore the local area. Appledore itself was so pretty, with pubs and bakeries right on the doorstep. Its also so easy to get to some of north Devon's most beautiful beaches like Croyde and Westward Ho! We loved our stay and would definitely book again...

Comfortable, cozy, and well-equipped cottage tucked away just metres from the quay. The lovely mature courtyard garden is an added bonus. Had everything we wanted and more.

Cottage was lovely - Appledore beautiful - parking was easy - it is easier to pay for the week in one go - the walks and the bus service easy to access - Pubs served great food - would go back in a heart beat

lovely weekend away. Location of cottage is amazing, not a minutes walk to the pub where we had breakfast every morning. Lovely coffee shops & beautiful local art for sale. Will defo come again.
