I loved my stay at July Cottage. It is a charming cottage with everything you need. And it is in such a beautiful part of Cornwall. I would sit on the window seat with a cup of tea enjoying the view and listening to birdsong - so peaceful.

July Cottage is a delightful cottage in the heart of Constantine. Very comfortable, with high quality furnishings, a spacious and modern bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Great location for accessing the South and West coasts and very handy for Falmouth (ideal bolt hole for anyone stopping over or visiting students at the University). Constantine village itself has good facilities including the Village Stores which I highly recommend. It has a fabulous selection of wines from around the world, along with an impressive array of whiskies. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be making a return visit....

We had a lovely stay at July cottage, the owners left tea coffee and sugar etc and biscuits for our arrival which very helpful, we booked this cottage because of it’s location to friends and family but we have stumbled onto a gem.
