A gorgeous little bolthole set in the heart of a pretty Cornish village, only a short drive away from the pretty beaches of the Helford. This terraced cottage is the perfect getaway for both couples and families along with their four-legged friend. With verdant countryside on your doorstep, hidden coves and the bustling marine town of Falmouth nearby it makes for a wonderful time away.
As you step inside the cottage you will be greeted by a welcoming open plan living space with the most fabulous inglenook fireplace. A surprisingly light and airy room which is lovely for the summer months and in the winter draw the curtains and snuggle down on the sofa with a warm glass of red wine and the flickering flames of the wood-burner to relax you. Leading off the living space is a modern and well-equipped kitchen for your every need, the stable-door leads to your private patio, enjoy a drink on a balmy evening. The shower-room leads off the kitchen with a spacious shower and under-floor heating, adding a luxurious touch to your stay. Please note, there is a step up into the shower.
Head upstairs (please take care on the steep stairs) and you will find two beautiful bedrooms. The main bedroom is at the front of the cottage and has far reaching views over the Lizard peninsula, the second bedroom at the back of the cottage is very cosy and has bunk-beds.
Outside you will find the enclosed garden with a patio which is a real sun-trap in the summer months. There is also a small lawned area which is perfect for your four-legged friend to have a play on too. There is on street parking outside July Cottage along this quiet road and there is also a free car park opposite the cottage which is on a first come first served basis but it is rarely full.
