Mrs Clarke May 2026

This was the best holiday accommodation we have had. The situation was beautiful, and the cottage lovely and very spacious. We particularly liked the two bedrooms being well separated, so no danger of disturbing each other at night. Also loved the choice of a shower or a bath. Friendly peacocks added colour, and our hostess was delightful....

This is a delightful and spacious cottage, which is well-equipped. It is a little off the beaten track, but that is obvious as it is in the grounds of Bochym Manor. We found it quicker to use the main roads when driving into Mullion rather than the direct and narrow Chyponds Road which has limited passing places. It is a pity there is no access to the rear of the cottage since this gets the sun in the mornings. Development of this area would not impact adversely on the owners’ privacy. The footpath from the parking area to the cottage is downhill and paved with stones, which means everything has to be carried. It is unsuitable for suitcases on wheels! Bonython Estate Gardens is very close and well worth a visit....

Mrs Lee July 2026

A beautiful cottage in the grounds of a beautiful Manor House. Love the gateway. We were late arriving and the car park is quite far from the door to the cottage and the gravel is very crunchy and we were afraid we might wake other people up as we had a lot to unload(lots of trips!). There wasn’t a light outside so trouble finding the key. Lovely to walk in and find it warm though. If you’re a short person, you might need a stool for the kitchen, everything sits slightly higher than normal. It had everything in tranquil surroundings. Own WiFi, a TV and small radio...

Bellot Cottage is the perfect place to stay. It‘s very beautiful, spacious with lots of lights and nicely decorated. You got everything you need and it’s s very convenient to have just one floor. The location is perfect, within a few miles you find the coastline, shopping and other points of interest. Our personal highlight: the peacocks who come to your door and wants to get fed. That is so lovely. We enjoyed every minute. ...
