We loved Bennerley House & it far exceeded our expectations. Beautifully furnished with lovely little homely touches & in the most perfect location overlooking the waters edge. We know St Mawes well & enjoyed all the usual spots but the big blackboard in the kitchen had some further details & recommendations we hadn’t tried, so thank you for adding to our memory pot! I would highly recommend a stay at Bennerley House. The property exceeded our expectations. It is absolutely stunning, immaculately clean and stylishly furnished. The location is perfect, being in a central position and an easy walk to all amenities.

An excellent property with fabulous views, fully equipped in a beautiful location. We was lucky enough to have some nice sunrises in November, then see the sun set towards Falmouth. It is ideally placed to visit some of the gardens and National Trust properties in the South West, all so to use the various ferries and different places to eat. St Mawes is my favourite place in the South West....

From the moment we walked in the front door of Bennerley House we loved it, especially how clean it was. The beautiful decor & the balcony over looking the sea topped it all, sitting outside first thing with a cup of coffee & later with a glass of Prosecco pure paradise! ...
