Lovely, comfortable house in a fabulous location with luxurious touches throughout. Very well equipped which made cooking easy, so often not the case in holiday rental properties. We were aware of the bakers in the morning but it didn’t cause us a problem. The views from the house and balcony were incredible, so lovely to be so close to the sea. ...

This cottage is fantastically located and well layout. It has great family space and is really good option for a stay in St Mawes. Please note the cleaning is subpar and the hoover doesn’t work. The oven was completely filthy on arrival and smoked when used we were unable to use it for our stay. There were dirty plasters in a number of rooms and looked like it had not been fully turned over. I number of rooms did not have towels. The children loved the library and read for hours, the location is great. The bin situation was confusing, followed instructions but no one came for the 2 weeks we stayed. There is a dyson hoover which doesn’t charge so have to pick up stuff on hands and knees. Great location and well thought out by owners, cleaning was poor however. ...
