The roll top bath tub is wonderful to soak, listening to gulls. It's difficult to tire of the view from the master bedroom of the ornate St Mary's church. Picture having an early evening sherry in front of the fire while listening to the church bells before strolling to dinner....

A marvelous experience in staying in a 16th Century house which has been tastefully restored to the highest of standards.
Mrs Hazeldine October 2024

Located in the heart of Rye, this lovely cottage places you right in the centre of all the action, allowing you to easily explore the cobbled streets and historic charm from the doorstep. The cottage is compact but very comfortable. The interior is thoughtfully designed, with every inch utilised efficiently to create a really warm and welcoming home. The bedroom is spacious and the bed and bedding is super high quality. The living room was a lovely place to sit after exploring the area. We had rain and wind every day so we lit the log burner one evening, it was super efficient and easy to use. We visited Spike Milligan's grave in Winchelsea just down the road and Dungeness; both fantastic. I'd return to this cottage in a shot if I could. ...
