Don't think about it, just book! We felt we were in a tiny stately home. Beautifully decorated, with a huge comfy bed, luxurious bathroom and a wonderful view of the church with bonus bell ringing on Thursday evening.

This is a lovely property right in the heart of the old town. We pulled up outside to unload (you can’t stay there for long) and then parked overnight at the station - Rope Street carpark - 5 mins walk away. The upstairs is spacious with a King Size bed and excellent bathroom with powerful shower. Living room very comfortable although lighting quite low for reading. We came during a freezing week in January and were very grateful for the extra plug-in radiator. We would have been chilly downstairs without it. Union restaurant (Michelin - allows dogs!) is a treat and only a 1 minute away. ...

A beautiful cottage in a stunning location. Very well appointed and comfortable. Good location for exploring the citadel. Right on the doorstep. We were there during the Jazz festival and it could be noisy at times as the cottage was right in the middle of it. Most of the time it was very peaceful. This cottage is in a great location, a few minutes' walk from pretty much everything Rye has to offer. It is furnished to a stylish, welcoming and comfortable standard and is a much better, roomier and more homely option for two people than a hotel room. We keep coming back, we love it here....
