Halland Rise is a beautiful property in the prettiest of villages. The outside terrace is fabulous and really allows guests to make the most of the panoramic views. Inside, there is a wonderfully comfortable holiday home feel - light, bright and airy, with patio doors in both the lounge and the snug a definite advantage. The snug is great - our kids (8 and 10) loved it in there, and having the TV in that space means that the lounge/diner can be enjoyed all the more by the adults. The kitchen and utility rooms are both well laid out and well-equipped. Each bedroom is generously proportioned, with either the downstairs or upstairs double able to be used as the master. Location-wise, Halland Rise couldn't be better. It is a short walk from the village and an easy walk to Seagrove Bay and then on to Priory, which in our opinion is the best beach on the island. A scenic 30-min walk along the coastal path takes you to Puckpool (we enjoyed diner in both The Boathouse and The Dell) and it's a short stroll from there into Ryde and all that is has to offer. We really can't recommend this property highly enough. Also, quick shout out to Rachel at Classic Cottages - we left our water bottles behind and she kindly posted them back to us in Scotland free of charge. All in all, excellent property and excellent service. We very much hope to return. ...

We had a lovely stay at Halland Rise.. the house is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. We loved the colourful and quirky decor and the kitchen was really well equipped. Located on a quiet residential road about 5 mins walk down to the village and seafront. Unfortunately, we had mixed weather for our holiday, so the teenagers in our party were very happy about the excellent WiFi provision! ...

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fabulous holiday home in Seaview. The house was immaculate with spacious living area and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. One of the highlights of our stay was the garden with fabulous patio. The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach.
