This was our first stay with classic cottages and we found the Mill House to be a lovely property. A lot of thought has been given into making this a great holiday home. There is a large, secluded garden, with pretty views and they have placed seating areas so the sun can be enjoyed at all times. They provided a games room located close to a seating area and outside grill, meaning it is possible for some to be playing games while others are relaxing at the table. The welcome package was superb and contained a nice selection of Cornish delicacies. The house is very spacious, we were a group of seven plus a baby and 2 dogs and felt we had plenty of space. It is extremely well maintained, and spotlessly clean. It’s a short drive from the house to some beautiful uncrowded dog friendly beaches. Plus other attractions are easily reached. Only drawback is that a dishwasher would have been an asset....

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Mill House. Characterful and homely lovely holiday home and well located to get out and about. Bude was perfect for us set along the beautiful north coast and not too busy or touristy. Very dog friendly town and able to take our spaniels on many of the local beaches in June. More than happy to return!...
