Blue Hemmel is the perfect get away from it all. Whilst being off grid it feels like a home from home, but sufficiently close to the surrounding area and shops to grab a bottle of milk or have a mooch along Hadrian's Wall. Simon provides excellent communication and directions to the place. It was the perfect weeks hideaway to unwind from work, nursery and the day to day grind and we would highly recommend the place to anyone looking to switch off from the world for a while (although the WiFi connection is great, so don't fret if you can't put your phone down for a week or two!)....
