Bedroom 1 has a door leading out onto the parking area. However it remains locked at all times.

Ivor's Barn is located just off the road, so take care with children and dogs.
The gorgeous courtyard has been planted to ensure you have colour all year round.
Ivor's Barn is located just off a country road and opposite an old farm. This is mainly used for storage by the owners.

Mousehole is well worth a visit.

Majestic St Michael's Mount can be accessed via a little ferry at high tide or on foot at low tide.

We had such a beautiful stay at Ivor's Barn - the cottage was spotless, equipped with everything we needed, the beds were SO comfortable and luxurious, and the private, enclosed courtyard was perfect for our little dog to run in and out. We had a lovely weeks stay at Ivor's Barn, the barn is very well presented and well equipped. The upside down layout is perfect for enjoying the views towards Penzance and the bay. We were fortunate with the weather and even managed to sit outside in the secluded courtyard for two afternoons. We were met by the owner who is lovely and very helpful....

What a lovely property, furnished and equipped to a high standard. The kitchen area is huge and a great work space. The bed is comfortable with good quality bedding. There’s a great view of Penzance and it’s a short drive to the village pub. We had a lovely stay here with our two dogs. ...
