Bedroom 1 has a door leading out onto the parking area. However it remains locked at all times.

Ivor's Barn is located just off the road, so take care with children and dogs.
The gorgeous courtyard has been planted to ensure you have colour all year round.
Ivor's Barn is located just off a country road and opposite an old farm. This is mainly used for storage by the owners.

The iconic Jubilee Pool in Penzance is a fabulous Art Deco outdoor pool.
Mousehole is well worth a visit.
Boats bob gently in the water at St Ives.
Majestic St Michael's Mount can be accessed via a little ferry at high tide or on foot at low tide.

This was our second visit to Ivor’s Barn and it was just as good as we remembered. We love the view from the living space down to the sea in the distance and it made for the perfect backdrop for relaxing. The barn itself is beautifully done – very well equipped with everything we needed, exceptionally comfortable beds and lovely open-plan layout of the living area, which is light, spacious and welcoming. The attention to detail in the decor was a lovely touch, with locally sourced furnishings and fresh flowers. The location is great – slightly off the beaten track (which we loved), but still close to some of our favourite places, including Zennor, Newlyn, St Ives, Sennen, Treen, Penberth, and Marazion. Looking forward to visiting again! ...

A great location to explore west Cornwall. The cottage has been very well equipped and provides a really luxury feel. Great care has been taken with all the furnishings and it really shows.
