We were house hunting and the cottage was ideally located for the viewings we had booked, it was so nice to have everything we needed and the surprise of a welcome basket with biscuits, cake, bread, tea, coffee and more and some M&S prosecco, eggs, milk, spread in the fridge. So refreshing after our long journey from Cornwall the cottage was so warm and cosy and a welcome text from the owners a nice personal touch made you feel you were more than just a guest renting. We had snow the day after we arrived not something we often see in Cornwall so nice and stayed with us until the morning we left no scraping the car before we travelled home. Would recommend this cottage would be nice to come back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the peaceful garden looking out to fields....

The cottage was very clean ,cosy and warm when we arrived,with the best welcome basket ever. Lovely quiet setting in small hamlet with wonderful views,yet very close to small village with good supermarket and farm shop for essentials,and eating out places. Would recommend. ...

A comfortable, pristine cottage, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and spotlessly clean. It also has a lovely garden, complete with furniture for eating or lounging outside, and fantastic views over the weald from the master bedroom. We had a brilliant stay!...
