This home was very clean and had a lot of amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the equipment needed to cook meals at home. We had been doing a lot of traveling around the country and staying in different (lovely) hotels, but it was really nice to have a home base where we could relax for a few days and use the space as a jumping off point to historic sites and natural areas in Devon, Cornwall, and Dartmoor. The town surrounding Pulborough House is idyllic, walkable, and near some historic sites and walking trails. The local restaurants, including one with a Michelin star, were incredible. The host, Clare, was super responsive and helpful with any questions I had about the house and the local areas. I am so grateful we got to have this experience! ...

Very happy with our stay and would stay here again! Beautiful house with a lovely secure garden for us and our dogs to enjoy. Host is friendly and easy to get hold of if needed, they gave some great recommendations of places to visit. The local pub does Amazing food! Worth a visit and its in walking distance ...

We had a wonderful stay. The house is lovely - comfortable, warm and very well equipped. We also really appreciated the little extra touches the owners had thought of eg usb plugs in the bed rooms. Clare was also very responsive to texts and left a fabulous welcome basket, which was greatly enjoyed. As well as providing a Christmas tree - again much appreciated by us all. The location is wonderful with great walks and a lovely pub (dogs welcome) five minutes away. As well as a beautiful church. Highly recommend staying here and we’d love to come back. ...

Pulborough House was lovely. Owner sent us lots of info before we arrived which was really helpful. Kitchen is really well equipped. Really appreciated the separate drying room with the tumble drier as we had a few wet walks. Nice to come back to a warm comfortable house. Lots of places to walk within easy access. Overall an excellent place to stay, highly recommended....

The house was fully equipped and had a little draw with items for the dogs that you may have forgotten. 2 dogs bowls were also provided. Very comfy beds, stair gate to stop the dogs going up stairs. Was in a really good location to the moors and easy walks from the house itself. The little treats on arrival were also appreciated after a 5.5hr drive. ...
