We had a wonderful stay. The house is lovely - comfortable, warm and very well equipped. We also really appreciated the little extra touches the owners had thought of eg usb plugs in the bed rooms. Clare was also very responsive to texts and left a fabulous welcome basket, which was greatly enjoyed. As well as providing a Christmas tree - again much appreciated by us all. The location is wonderful with great walks and a lovely pub (dogs welcome) five minutes away. As well as a beautiful church. Highly recommend staying here and we’d love to come back. ...

Pulborough House was lovely. Owner sent us lots of info before we arrived which was really helpful. Kitchen is really well equipped. Really appreciated the separate drying room with the tumble drier as we had a few wet walks. Nice to come back to a warm comfortable house. Lots of places to walk within easy access. Overall an excellent place to stay, highly recommended....

The house was fully equipped and had a little draw with items for the dogs that you may have forgotten. 2 dogs bowls were also provided. Very comfy beds, stair gate to stop the dogs going up stairs. Was in a really good location to the moors and easy walks from the house itself. The little treats on arrival were also appreciated after a 5.5hr drive. ...

Pulborough House is a delightful place to stay in a pretty village. Enclosed dog friendly garden was a great feature. The house is well stocked with equipment- particularly the kitchen. The house is a short walking distance to the pub, where there is a friendly welcome and good beer and food. Clare was very helpful before our arrival and was there when we arrived. We were staying for our daughter’s wedding. She gave the happy couple a beautiful rose bush for their garden- a lovely, thoughtful gift, thank you....

What a fabulous place to stay, everywhere was extremely clean, there is everything you need and more! I would certainly recommend this place if you like to explore Dartmoor, looking forward to returning again in the future.
