A perfect Christmas holiday destination. The cottage is beautiful with views as good as the photos. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped, we cooked a full Christmas dinner and had everything we needed. The beach is a 5 minute walk down the hill, perfect at low tide as you can walk for as long as you want. The country park has a lovely riverside walk and you can finish back in The Beach House for coffee and cake. The Smugglers Inn has great food and log fires. The steps up and down are steep and also the stairs up to the bedroom are not easy. But if your mobility is good, the cottage will not disappoint and you won’t want to go home. ...

Beautiful house, great location for ease of walking to beach and pubs. Views were stunning and the hot tub a lovely addition on the terrace. Especially liked the outside shower to rinse our dogs paws off and rid them of sea salt! Came home feeling happy and relaxed!...

Ocean View was everything we hoped it would be. Sometimes when you go on holiday the photos paint a better picture of the home than in reality - but not here. On arrival we were stunned by the views and level of comfort offered. Highly recommended - we will be back without doubt!...

Lovely clean comfortable cottage with great views. Delicious scones and a bottle of fizz on arrival. No cutains/blinds in upstairs bedroom so not great unless you don’t mind waking early. Great view from bed though. Parking a challenge if you have a large car. No shop or restaurants in seaton. Good beach for dog walking though....

Ocean View is a fantastic place for absolutely relaxed holidays. The property exceeded our expectations by far. It was much bigger and immaculately clean. The deck was huge with modern furniture, the hot tub new and exactly the right temperature. The garden with palm and olive trees added to the magnificent views and surroundigs. There are some steep steps to the backdoor, also inside the house to reach the second bedroom but oh it`s so worth it! Views are to die for. Waking up to the crashing sound of the waves and watching sunrise every morning - stunning! The kitchen is perfectly equipped with lots of dishes, glasses etc. We also found tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar. Everything you need to settle in comfortably. There are comfortable chairs everywhere and a large sofa along with an electrical fireplace. There was absolutely nothing we missed here and we enjoyed a wonderful week.
