Just had a week in October with lovely weather fabulous property shared by 2 couples with plenty of room everything you could need has been thought of the decked area on the front of the property is a brilliant space to enjoy . The housekeeper left the house spotless with homemade scones and a welcome pack for us on arrival she was also really helpful with recommendations for places to eat and visit . The steps to the property are steep it but worth it for the view . 10/10 would definitely visit again

Stunning place with stunning views definitely will be back thank you .

Absolutely stunning cottage with amazing views Everything is thought of to make your holiday perfect ...comfy sofa, comfy beds, little touches such as home made scones fresh flowers and a chilled bottle of prosecco waiting for us on arrival was just amazing and so appreciated after our long drive We used the hot tub daily and outdoor seating was great as the weather was so hot during our stay We also took advantage of the BBQ which was great

The house has the wow factor. The view is amazing. Everything has been thought of. Beds are very comfortable. Utility room with a washer and dryer was so useful. TV is provided in each room and Alexa. Great terrace furniture, BBQ, hot tub. Everything was totally spotless. We arrived to find tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bottle of wine, freshly made scones, jam, clotted cream and fresh flowers. We would highly recommend and would love to return. The beach is lovely with a couple of places to eat and we really enjoyed the walk along the beach to the next village which as a few small shops. There are some quite steep steps to the property which took a bit of getting used to but it was worth it for the position of the house overlooking the sea.

This is a delightful and extremely comfortable holiday let with the highest standards of furnishing and equipment. It is however totally unsuitable for anyone with any mobility impairment or young children, the risk of falls on the access steps is significant, there is no way a buggy can access the property unless carried folded up and taken up or down 30 + or 50+ steep narrow steps , depending on whether you use the top or bottom car parking area. Neither parking area is big enough for more then one average to large sized vehicle
Drivers using the property need to be familiar with driving on unmade up roads and managing and reversing back along , narrow Cornish lanes. This property is best suited to adult guests and older children who all have a reasonable degree of physical fitness and their driver is experienced and capable. If you need walking aids or have balance issues this place is sadly not for you. There are no shops in easy walking distance, so you need to bring everything with you. The housekeeper is brilliant and helpful and provides the most delicious home made scones for your arrival.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your review - we're delighted that the property worked well for your party and that you found it well furnished and equipped. The unique location and layout of this wonderful house does mean that there are a large number of steps to be negotiated outside, and a spiral staircase inside. We do draw attention to this in our description so that guests can make a decision to see if this is suitable for them. Seaton is a small quiet village but if you want to take in a little more hustle and bustle, a trip to nearby Looe, Fowey or even Plymouth makes a nice day out. Tanya, Customer Support

Stunning views, well equipped and very comfortable

Beautiful location with views over the sea and Seaton Beach from the large deck area. Lovely to sit and relax in the hot tub whilst enjoying the scenery. The property is well laid out and exceptionally well equipped. Great location for exploring the southern Cornwall and Devon coasts.

I would say doing an honest glowing review is a bit like giving away your babysitter’s number ! That said … it’s only fair that other people get to experience a slice of paradise too x

Overall property is beautiful view is amazing, but not for the infirm.

The house was as exactly as described. it was spotlessly clean and the beds and sitting area were comfy. Everything had been thought about for your stay at the house. the views from the patio area were wonderful and so relaxing. The welcome cream tea was very much appreciated and a lovely surprise. would definitely recommend this property and classic cottages. you will not be dissappointed

Beautiful property with lovely furnishings, spotlessly clean, comfy beds & sofa. Views are amazing which makes up for all the steps! A top quality holiday cottage. Seaton is a great base for exploring the lovely close towns, dogs loved the beach. Local Pub is ok but this quality of cottage deserves better. Best place we ate all week was Sams in Fowey, highly recommend. Only grumble is found lane & parking a bit tight for a BMW X5.

Fantastic seaside home ! When you are in Ocean View you feel like you are on the bridge of a ship sailing out to sea , the views are amazing. Lovely place to rest , Assumpta’s home made scones were delicious. I would definitely recommend Ocean View !!
