The house is great and is stocked with everything a family would need for a perfect holiday - from kitchen equipment to toys and puzzles. There are lots of books and crannies where you can get away for a bit of peace and quiet if you want to get away from the hubs of the house where there is plenty of room to have large gatherings....

We had a wonderful stay at Friends Farmhouse! The house was spacious, comfortable and well equipped for both adults and children. The location was perfect for us - scenic, rural and a pub and park a short walk away. Atlantic village with lots of shops and supermarkets was about and 10 minutes drive away and Westward Ho! beach was only a short drive away too (20-25 mins). The communal spaces were big enough to accommodate all 16 of us (10 adults and 6 children) and the house contained lots of toys and games to keep adults and children entertained. The new showers were fabulous and the bathrooms and bedrooms were, on the whole, clean and well presented. The kitchen was well equipped and had ample fridge, freezer and cupboard space. The front garden is secure and spacious - the children spent hours playing in it! The outdoor tables also meant there was the option to dine outside if we had wanted. Both Classic Cottages and the housekeeper were easy to contact prior to, and during, our stay. Easy check in. We would definitely recommend! ...

Very comfortable farmhouse with plenty of space, very clean and a good number of bathrooms. Quiet location with friendly pub nearby and a local shop. Great outdoors dining table in the front garden - unfortunately we didn't get to use it as it was a bit too chilly in March to want to eat outside but would be great in the summer. Great dining space next to the main kitchen too. We very much enjoyed our weekend break here - Thank you....

This is a lovely house with plenty of space (we were nine adults and four children.) It is in a beautiful location. We parked five cars easily and enjoyed an excellent Saturday evening dinner at the superb Coach and Horses (including exclusive use of the skittles alley!) The furnishing and equipment in the house were excellent. We would fully recommend it although the housekeeper had failed on several issues, and was unavailable to sort them out, leaving us to do our own cleaning and bed-making before we could move in. We are assured that this issue will be rectified. ...
