We like the location very much. It's very quiet and at night, depending on the direction of the wind, you can hear a slight murmur from the next motorway. It is hilly, but the town centre with some shops and restaurants is within easy walking distance. There is also a railway station and bus stop. A small ferry runs under the bridge to Plymouth, so it's quicker and easier to get to the big city. In the beautiful house garden we saw various birds, grey squirrels and even a pair of pheasants. This is a lovely place. The hosts were lovely. The view was excellent but be carefull you could spend all day just sitting and enjoying it. The walk into Saltash is very scenic. There are loads of places to visit nearby by train, bus or car. The property was very comfortable, exceptionally clean and well decorated with everything you need. We don't have anything negative to say....

We had a wonderful four week stay at Kernow River View in March 2023 while walking parts of the South West Coast Path and exploring other parts of Cornwall. The apartment was cosy, beautifully decorated and well equipped and filled its purpose as a home away from home to perfection. We enjoyed many hours taking in the views of the Tamar river from the glass corridor as evening fell. A brisk 15 minute walk to catch the bus when we were going out for our walks gave us extra excercise! Our hosts were warm and welcoming, and ready to help with any requests we might have.
