A relaxing stay in a well appointed cottage in a peaceful location - thanks to Claire and Graham, Ralph and Winston for the warm welcome. I was incredibly lucky with the sunny weather for early March and I hope to return.

Our 3rd visit to Swallows Rest and as usual a very warm welcome from both human and animal hosts. The cottage is so cosy and the bed is sumptuous- always sleep well there. The cottage is well placed for visiting this beautiful part of Cornwall and this time we managed to visit NGS open garden at Boscrowan as well as some of the cornish open studios and met some lovely people. Also visited our usual haunts of Trewaignton, Botallack Mines, Marazion, Penley Gallery and Museum,Tremenhere, St Ives by train. There is always something more to see or do to be saved for another visit....
