Cobbles Point is a magical place. Those photos seem too good to be true but they’re not!! The views are out of this world. It is very peaceful too and we saw an abundance of birds. The finish is to an extremely high standard and there are so many lovely unexpected touches like blankets for wrapping up on the terrace and binoculars and all the provisions for the dogs. We would stay here again in a heart beat. The view was INSANE!!! we didn’t even leave the house for the first 2 days as the view was all we needed. The property was perfect. Lovely touches (books, binoculars, ice cubes already done for us, welcome hamper, blankets for the decking, local guide leaflets, dog bowls and toys, handy prompt cards throughout to help with the oven and shower etc). The bed was very comfortable with quality bedding. The barn was very quiet at night, and we slept like logs! We wish the garden (or even part of it) had of been secure for our small dog. Would have been lovely to open up the doors off the bedroom into the garden for her to have a mooch round, but we had to put her lead on every time. This was a shame but we made it work with a long training lead. We had a slight issue with the boiler the first night, leading into the following day and it was dealt with incredibly. We were constantly kept in the loop with what was happening and we could really tell Classic Cottages were going above and beyond to ensure we were sorted. This place really was a gem. One we were actually quite emotional to leave. We stayed here as a couple (with our dog) and so didn’t even use half the house. However it still felt really cosy and homely. ...
