Our Cottage is only a few minutes' walk away from the bustling harbour at St Mawes.

A raised terrace at the rear of Our Cottage provides ample seating. Please note this is up a flight of steps.

The real fire will keep you warm out-of-season.

There is a seldom used patio for the adjoining property at the far side of the terrace and access may be required on limited occasions.

It's all about being outdoors in Cornwall.

The front of the cottage catches the morning sun and this is the perfect spot for morning coffee watching the world go by. Both white benches belong to Our Cottage.

Our Cottage sits in a row of pretty Cornish cottages. The road leads to St Mawes Castle.

Tavern beach can be found over the road, how convenient it that? This image is of the beach at low tide.

St Mawes has a great selection of eateries from fine dining to take away fish and chips.

St Mawes is a vibrant harbour village where the passenger ferry can take you over the water to Falmouth.

Beautiful St Mawes harbour.

Further afield, the mighty biomes of the Eden Project make for an interesting day out.

Caerhays Castle has beautiful gardens to visit in spring.

The Roseland peninsula has some gorgeous places to discover, this beautiful spot is the waterside church in St Just in Roseland.

This is a lovely, comfortable, bright house with ever changing sea views. We really enjoyed our stay and it was convenient for everything in St. Mawes.
