A superb large house with plenty of room. Had everything you needed including a large storage drying room - great for wet days- it even had its own office if anyone has to work. Really comfy house that had plenty of room for our large dog to relax without being in the way. Just a short walk to the beach and great food at local pub. Beach has lifeguards. Walked coastal paths both ways from house . Great place for a walking holiday- also local bus comes via seaton so you can walk for miles and catch bus back!!...

Carwin is a lovely spacious house in a quiet village by the sea in walking distance to the beach, and 2 lovely little pubs. The beds were very comfy, and the kitchen was amazing, every utensil and gadgets to make cooking easy,definitely a family room. The only downside for us was the garden area, it definitely needs some tlc, which is such a shame as the weather was fantastic and we would of spent more time outdoors if it had of been in better shape. ...

We enjoyed our stay at Carwin. The house is generally well equipped with comfortable furniture and beds. With the beach within walking distance, the children loved exploring the rock pools and jumping the waves. There was plenty to explore nearby, such as the pretty town of Looe, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and several National Trust houses. ...
