Sea Lights is a superb property and is exactly as described on the website. It is perfectly situated right next to the sea and has wonderful views over the Solent towards the mainland. The coastal path runs right past the entrance and it is a relatively easy walk into West Cowes (about 3 miles) though there is a steep up and down hill before reaching the promenade just east of the sailing club. A pair of binoculars is an essential packing item as from the garden there are good views of the shipping making for the entrance to Southampton Water as well as the many yachts making for Cowes. In good weather it would be tempting to sunbathe in the lovely garden, which is well-equipped with sun beds and chairs, but make sure not to miss the other attractions that the Isle of Wight has to offer....
