Bay Tree Cottage is very well equipped and comfortable with quality fixtures and fittings. The property is situated in the middle of Hartland which has a couple of shops and three good pubs, all within a short walk. There is a lovely circular walk from one end of the village along a stream and through the woods which was great to do with the dog. Great for walking and exploring the north Devon coast. Would happily book again. ...

Great cottage, good facilities with a parking space. Village is small but convenient for visiting different areas. The owner was wonderful and helped us when our car broke down and saved us a lot of hassle. Would definitely recommend it.

A lovely village and location. The cottage was clean and cosy with a nice welcome pack. It was good to have a downstairs toilet which was not shown on the original description. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you Jill for bringing us some bigger glasses....
