Oystercatcher is accessed over a short bridge that adapts with the tide (please take care). A ramp leads down to the pontoon where you can launch your kayak at high tide.

Looking back from the houseboat, the parking area is behind the fenced area, just off the road. There is a 30 mile an hour speed restriction here so no rushing traffic to disturb.

Bembridge village is a short walk away. Visit the National Trust windmill. the only surviving one on the island.
Across the harbour, along this lovely walkway, you can reach St Helen's Duver and cafe.

A lovely houseboat, and fitted out to a very high level. The view straight across the harbour and the Solent was amazing, always something to watch, especially the cruise ships leaving early in the evening.
