A well-equipped and comfortably furnished cottage in a quiet location yet close to A27 for good links into wider area. West Sussex and east Hampshire have some great attractions all in easy access from here, both coast and countryside.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was spotlessly clean and incredibly well equipped. Everything was really comfortable and the layout was really well thought out. It couldn’t have been better! The location was great too . It was only a ten minute walk down to the harbour where you can see all sorts of wild life. There were plenty of lovely walks in the area. We were able to visit Chichester, Arundel, The Weald and Downland Museum, Petworth House and Amberley Open air museum …all within no more than 35 minutes drive. A fabulous base ……highly recommended! ...

A most solid and beautiful building, roomy, beautifully decorated and furnished. Very peaceful and private. Roomy beautiful garden with a table and chairs. An extremely comfortable King Sized bed, lovely bathroom. Constant hot water. Good kitchen facilities and plenty of room around the lovely dining room table. The television worked well and had good reception. Also Wifi. Many books should one wish to read. A good parking space for one car, very handy for the building. The locality is brilliant, near to lovely walks and also to the excellent bus service (700) which runs along the main road (which is about two minutes' from The Stables) and which runs from Portsmouth direction towards Chichester every twenty minutes. We used this service every time we went into Chichester. So many lovely places to go to within easy reach. Good pubs as well! All in all, we thorough enjoyed our time at The Stables....
