Great remote location with stunning views front and back. Dale is a lovely local village.

Excellent location and facilities. Great views. Well managed with good WiFi connectivity too. Makes a good base to explore Pembrokeshire. Had a great time. Many thanks

If you want a fantastic location then this is for you but there are some watchouts. - If visibility is low you will get the honk of the fog horn. We were fully aware of this and just so happened to pick the week of a storm! - The beam from the lighthouse is visible at night but not that distracting even at the rear of the property. - The Griffin at Dale is worth a visit. Fantastic food and drink. Unfortunately the week we picked at 70mph winds and no chance of walking the path so we went for day trips out to St Davids, Bosherton and Picton Castle. As with most rural areas, distance means nothing as everywhere takes longer than usual to get there so be open minded! The property itself was ok. We thought the back garden certainly hadn't been touched for a while and was in need of half a days labour to at least bring it close to the standard in the pictures. The bath needs replacing probably as it was so flexible it felt like you were going to fall through it. It just needs a bit of a spruce up. We did see a peregrine falcon hovering outside the cottage which was brilliant....

It is truly an astonishing location with views across the ocean, perfect for birdwatching and how wonderful to see a Peregrine Falcon! What an amazing experience you had at To the Lighthouse, full of drama with the nearby lighthouse springing into action due to the stormy weather. It is a pity that your walking was interrupted with the high winds, but it did give you the opportunity to visit some attractions. Thank you for the great local information which will be very useful for prospective visitors. We understand the garden is a 'wildlife' area with the focus on attracting insects and planting that will survive the extreme weather so close to the sea. The whole property has been designed with an emphasis on being environmentally friendly and some aspects reflect this such as the use of many items which are pre-loved. Sarah, Customer Support...
