We had a wonderful stay at Dales Yard. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home, The location was fantastic, on the edge of the great little village of St Agnes and a short walk to pubs and shops. It was perfect for our family and we hope to return one day....

Great house in a wonderful location. St Agnes had everything we needed with the beach in walking distance and plenty of local amenities. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for the week away. Would highly recommend and we hope to visit again....

We spent a very Happy Christmas 2022 at Dales Yard and enjoyed St Agnes to the full. The house is relaxed and contemporary inside, with comfortable beds and good quality linens. The kitchen/dining room is spacious and well equipped with an American fridge freezer perfect for catering for a family. The wood burner chucks out a lot of heat and the owner has provided puzzles and games for children of all ages as well as a good sized TV to stream your favourite shows. The house is situated right on the main road and access to the drive can be challenging, but we saw the situation as a positive as we had very easy access to the village and all that it offers - independent shops and bakeries, some great pubs and the beach and SW Coastal path. Classic Cottages and the owner provided a super service and really cared that we had a good time at the property....

Dales yard is perfectly situated for visiting Cornwall. The local bays and beaches are great for families of all ages. Bars and restaurants are plentiful and food is of good quality. We had a lovely Family holiday, thank you.
