Beautiful cottage in wonderful location and village within easy walking distance of coast and local pub!

It’s a lovely cottage in a beautiful setting with a very high standard of furnishings. Ideally situated for west Dorset. I do agree with other reviewers that it is best suited for 2 people but highly recommended.

This cottage is in an excellent position for exploring West Dorset. It’s a beautifully kept, comfortable, tastefully furnished and well equipped cottage set in beautiful grounds. We shall be returning.

Good location. Spotlessly clean. Really suitable for two occupants only.

Beautiful cottage, beautiful decor, beautiful house, beautiful views, beautiful garden!!! I cannot praise EVERYTHING enough…I ran out of words to use in excess of excellent . Thank you Anne and Neil for valuing your guests highly enough to provide the best of everything in your cottage. Also thank you for the swing…..the joy of an adult sized swing is awesome.

Beautifully furnished and equipped cottage set in lovely gardens. Lots of stunning walks nearby. Also enjoyed exploring Bridport - Saturday Market, vintage area and several independent shops, including Ink and Page a tiny shop full of beautiful things.

Absolutely loved the cottage. I felt totally at home and comfortable from the moment I walked in. Beautiful setting and so close to so much. Really looking forward to a return visit

Rectory cottage was a lovely comfortable place to stay. It had everything that you need and the furnishings were to a very high standard. The location was very peaceful, and there were lovely country walks nearby. Chesil beach was a few minutes drive away, so we had everything we needed. For shopping, supplies, we went to Bridport, which is really nice to wander around and enjoy a nice coffee in one of the many cafes. We would happily recommend this cottage.

Rectory Cottage really is the most perfect place to stay when exploring this beautiful area. So comfortable, beautifully furnished and equipped to a very high standard. So much to see and do in this area, glorious cliff top walks, an excellent pub in the village, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This quiet cottage in the countryside was one of the best we have ever stayed in - an absolute gem! The lovely interior had character with beams and delightful furnishings and a beautiful landscaped private gardens with views of the Dorset hills. The location of the village to explore the Jurassic coast is perfect and the position of the cottage within the village itself is ideal as it is very close to the local popular pub, which was friendly, had good food and great ale. Highly recommended - you won't be disappointed!

Delightful cottage in lovely village close to coast road with fantastic views and great places to visit.

Lovely stay in this beautiful cottage- close to the pub, and a mile walk across the fields to the beach. Excellent

The cottage was probably the best we have every stayed it. We could not fault it in any way. With walks from the doorstep enabled us to only use the car once, and that was to get groceries. Excellent comfort in a very quiet and peaceful location.

One of the best experiences we have had in regards to renting a cottage. I don't thing anyone could be disappointed. The cottage is set in beautiful grounds, is very quiet and superbly furnished.

We had a lovely stay in Puncknowle, the cottage was superb, as was the location with walks on our doorstep. Visited Burton Bradstock, Charmouth, Tolpuddle. Would definitely return for another holiday.
