Fantastic cabin with amazing views of Haytor. The cabin is suitable for all weathers - we had a lovely BBQ in the garden on our first night and later when temperatures dropped we used the wood burner inside the cabin on the same weekend! The cabin is very well equipped and we loved the welcome gifts for us and our pet dog from the owners which was very kind. Lots of great walks on the doorstep and short drives to local villages/towns which makes it a great location for exploring Dartmoor. Would very much recommend as a great dog friendly stay in this area. ...

Beautiful little cabin, cosy and comfortable. The owners are really friendly, the complimentary gifts for me and my dog were a lovely touch. The views from the cabin are fabulous. The night sky is amazing..no light pollution. I saw the International Space Station every evening. The enclosed garden is ideal for the dog. We were blessed with beautiful weather so did lots of walking. We will return....

We loved our stay at Room with a View, it certainly was that. It's a million pound view from all sides. Walking straight out on to the moors was heavenly and having a technology detox was very much needed as there is no signal at the property with limited wi-fi. That was a highlight for us. Our hosts were exceptionally kind and generous it was a treat to properly get away....
