Great holiday - weather was excellent so that always helps. The cottage was everything expected from the description and then more. There were three of us staying, me, my wife and our daughter (30). We had the two single beds made up as a double and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is a spare room upstairs which was convenient for all our excess belongings. There are two toilets, and the shower was fantastic and convenient to use. Downstairs the layout is good, the front room lovely to relax in, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The cottage is in a good location for the village and touring the Roseland peninsular. Would recommend the Kings Arms in Tregony, the Pierhouse in Charlestown, St. Mawes, St. Just-in-Roseland church, and the circular walk from Fowey to Gribbin Head with a stop off for a swim at Polridmouth Cove....

Lovely cottage, extremely comfortable and great location for coast and surrounding areas. Parking was always easy for us on the quiet road outside the front of the cottage. All facilities good, dog friendly but be aware there is no washing machine which is important for dog owners particularly if the weather isn’t great....
